IMPORTANCE OF SPREADSHEET ( RECORD KEEPING ) IN SCHOOL AND CLASS ADMINISTRATION

There are many importance of spreadsheet in our schools even in classroom even in administration.

some of those importance are follow:  

  • Can help to Keep records or files of students, such as Class lists, marks, ....
  •  Serve as data bank on which both the school head and staff and even students can draw on.
  • Attendance Register
  • Staff ( DOS) can use it to organize a School time-table for the teachers
  •  Data organization

  • Can help staff to do different data bases
  • Help us in writing examinations such as mathematical, ......
  •  To organise a time table of examination
  • It keeps data on students' academic performance
  •  It can help us to make students' reports
  •  It can help administration to do a school Action plan, a school strategic plan and a school Budget
  •  It assists in monitoring students' academic progress
  •  It can help teachers to prepare their notes
  • It is used in quick calculation of Percentage, Average, take decision,....
