1.Some times Learners enjoy to use social media instead of searching information related to subjects

This means that teacher should be strict and fully supervise the learners in order to use internet  in order way

2. Students does not allowed to have computers  after class 

These problems should be solved by assign a teacher to supervise  the learners 

During after class  such that learners should  have  access to  computer and internet  is fully provided all the time .
