Teaching using ICT, a handcap for some teachers

For many times, here and around where I visit friends who are teachers like me,  the topic which comes more than thousands times, is the implementation of a new curriculum. This new curriculum, as you know, is mainly based on knowledge based where a teacher is no longer some to give knowledge but a helper.

In brief ,the teacher is there to help students to overcome some challenges they face when they are grouped. Here the teacher is help by ICT tools manipulation. Some are not ready to use those ICT tools and others consider this like a way of favoring laziness of the students.

As to conclude , intense trainings in ICT matter are to be encouraged.

I think that teachers should have commitment in enhancing their knowledge about ICT tools and ask for help where it necessary. This is because it is not easy to find a school without a skilled teacher in ICT.
