RWANDA ICT POLICIES
The government of Rwanda (GOR) Recognize the role that information and communication Technologies(ICTs) can play in accelerating the socio-economic development of Rwanda towards an information and knowledge economy. The GOR believes that Rwanda is equally placed to take advantages of those technologies to facilitate her socio economic development processes.
POLICY VISION
Modernize that Rwandan economy and society using information and communication Technologies (ICTs) as an engine for accelerated development and economic growth in national prosperity and global competitiveness.
