Within ICTs you can follow others discussions, reply them, communicate with them, making your reseach at any time, we may also study or buy by E _ learning and E_Commerce, we can also control our business

making life easier is not one man's task but if we use those ICTs we shall achieve some of our progress quickly but we cannot sit and relax that ICT is a solution at all... Thanks
